Refund policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product within 60 days of purchase providing the product is unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: Products which are 'print to order' or 'made to order' are non-returnable / non-refundable.

The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and we advise sending all returns via a tracked postal method to ensure the items reach us. Refunds will only be issued once a item has been returned and inspected.

If the product is faulty, please contact us. We may request you to return the item or send pictures/details by email of the fault.
